Raising of the Kursk

The raising of the Kursk is one of the largest and most complex salvages ever attempted.
Van Der Wel is justly proud to be associated with this project.
In a very short space of time 300 tons of steel had to be moved in a variety of ways. Accuracy and speed were therefore of great importance.
The whole project was completed as agreed partly due to the good organisation and effort of Van Der Wel.
Due to the good mutual agreements which the three companies have between each other, the whole group is able to integrate together in many different types of industry.
