Mechanized forming of tubes from a simple into a complex form. The end products have diverse areas of application such as e.g. pipelines, spirals and exhausts. The maximum diameter which can be bent is approx. 168.3mm.

In order to be able to meet the high requirements of the diverse branches of industry, there are very high demands put on welding in particular. Therefore we have a lot of experience working with high-quality materials such as STE690 and STE890. Both of these materials are very difficult to weld.

Van Der Wel Machinery and Construction has the capability to produce both small and also extremely large products either in large series work or as a one-off. For an overview of the possibilities please see our machine list.

Besides welding and construction work, the main activities of Van Der Wel Montage are inspection, maintenance, assembly and dismantling. Thanks to the great amount of experience within our workforce we are capable of working within diverse industrial sectors.

Overhaul and repair work of diverse machines and installations is very important to the Van Der Wel Group because it enables us to integrate all of our knowledge and expertise. This integration is unique and gives our customers extra assurance.

The processing of stainless steel has special requirements regarding the surroundings and the use of equipment. We have therefore made an separate hall available which complies totally to all these regulations. In this hall we are able to carry out special tasks such as the cryogenic technology.

Apart from all of the above, the Van Der Wel Group also offer a number of other services. It is for example possible via Van Der Wel International Trading to have products produced in economically attractive regions. Furthermore tasks such as technical drawing, transport and external materials handling can also be arranged.
